Return Policy
Because each custom basketball is made to order and designed specifically for you, customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Before production begins, a design mockup will be provided for approval. Once approved, requested design changes may require an additional fee.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
